Dx9, C++ 2010, Win10 Video Drivers specific.
Nvidia put out Win10 driver that day.
DX9 and C++, run as Admin. Right click and use context menu to Run as Admin!
Running those install the right way fixed everything for me and now see +15-20 fps.

What's your motherboard manufacture? Or go to the company website and download new drivers for that model of PC.
Also you can click on the device manager and see if Windows can find you an updated driver.
My motherboard Asus Z97 Deluxe had drivers day one for me.

Tried all that,kept telling me the best driver was already installed.Ended up installing a 3 year old driver and it works fine now.Thats progress for you eh lol.

Glad you got it to work, nothing wrong with using old drivers. Sometimes the driver is so basic there never should be a need to update.
