CC is a tactical information device. With it control facilities CC turns the 'Mech into a moving command center providing wide-specter battle information.
Let the mech equipped with CC will not only displays locked targets but ANY of enemy mech in LOS of any friendly mech (including red hollow triangles). Also any of hollow red triangle could be targeted by CC mech as far as enemy mech is in LOS of friendly mech.
