The 'Hero' mech version isn't available unless bought on pre-order, so can we expect to see this pack soon?

There currently are no Clan hero mechs so there isn't any mastery bundles for the Clans. Until PGI figures out how to handle Omni-Mech heroes there won't be any omni-mech mastery bundles. I'd almost expect the IIC mechs to get them before the Omni's.

you mean the loyalty version with 30% c-bill bonus?
you can buy timber a la carte for 55$, afaik it will have that version

p.s. those pre-order packs are available after the release too but timber pack costs 210$ and includes a lot of other clan mechs so it's better to buy it a la carte

If you want a TBR mastery pack, just go to the clans page and get it a la carte.
