Would it be possible to make some sort of a Steam beta release for some selected players?
Maybe as a volunteer system, or with the MWO testserver. Or whatever it would require.

This could help to check if the overlay and the updates and all are working correctly. Maybe also achievements and payments and such. It would at least reveal and reduce the issues coming with it's real release on steam which then initially.

Many games get a lod negative replies wjust when people cna not make the game run and work properly, so doing such a non bublic prerealse could help to find some of these issues and prevent some early negative reviews.

good idea, but i think the game has some nice compatibility, if we take GPUs for ex.. It runs without crashes even on integrated HD3000.
