Hey Guys,
I figured this would be one of the best forums to try and make others aware, but for those who have played or just can't get enough, there was once a battle tech CCG long ago. Now dead to the markets, there is a program called Lackey CCG which is all free and able for MAC and windows. Basically you download it and a plugin, and then you have all of the cards for that game available to you, and you play other people with your same plugin. I've been doing it for a while, but battletech is unheard of on there.
Here is the lackey program website, and like I said there isn't anything to sign up for or on, you just open it up and go for it.
http://www.lackeyccg.com/
And here is the plugin to download for battle tech.

Let me know if you guys are interested in playing while we await MWO to come out.
Thanks!

I just got a friend of mine into playing the BT CCG at working during our lunch hour with actual cards since i have a few thousand of them. But I may give this a shot when i get back into town and have time to devote to messing around with it.

Hey X-man, is the link not working or the plugin inside of the program itself. Email me (mckeown@email.arizona.edu) and we can try to set up a time to get it to work within lackey.

i used to use this a few years back. was a pretty good system and via yahoo user groups the file was there but doesnt seem to be any more.
you can normally add a link within lackey to download and install plugin but cant find any (all removed???) and the version you have put up in OP is without BT ccg plugin.
im well up for getting on here for a game. ill email you in hope that maybe you can trans the files.?

Hey gang, I replied to one of you in email as well, but the way I've done it with the link I provided was:
1) download /zip file
2) unpack it somehwere
3) create a folder in the plugins folder of lackey ccg and call it battletech (no capitalizations, etc.)
4) paste the .zip files into the newly created battletech folder
5) open lackey, and when asked to load a plug in, battletech should be listed
6) hit load, and the deck editor brings it all up, I also went online through the server on lackey and it showed me with the battletech plugin on. Naturally no one else was there, but we (a group of interested peepsters) can set some things up.
hope that helps, let me know if you guys find any autoupdate/update links, I haven't found one of those.

Looked into it a bit, the file that I linked to is an 85MB one, which should mean it has all of the updates at least since... someone last updated it. Before people were tossing around a 58MB file, and then used a little .txt file to link to an update that brought the deck to 80+ MB.
I think this means we have everything all together, in this one file. Hope that helps out!
