We are supposed to be getting an updated road map last week...
So... maybe we will get that soon and it will have some info on that? It is supposed to be through September.

Phase 3 is Oceanic not constantly crashing.
It is expected to be released no more than 90 days after MW:O goes Open Beta.
You'll need to wait until the calendar we use to track human events goes all the way to the end of the world, then the universe collapses on itself and explodes again before expanding back to a point a couple of years ago.
So, approximately ~30 or 40 billion years.
From experience I'll warn you; they'll probably say 30 billion but expect it to show up a tad after 40 billion with some features missing. Fair warning.
