I am having to manually re-purchase my MC Consumables every time I use them.
This happened a few patches ago and got fixed, but it's back again...
If you *don't* want us to spend money on these items then carry on as you are.

Why would you ever use MC consumables ?
I mean you can do what you want with your money but what is the point ?
The CBill-ones are exactly the same once you unlock their upgrades in the pilot skills and they cost you nothing but a little time, wich you can save by buying the mechs with MC way more efficiently if you don't have the time or will to grind the CBills.

OT: did you try stripping all modules (with the Strip 'Mech) button, playing a match without them and then re-equipping them ?

My reasons are not up for question... Maybe I'm just filthy rich?
Yeah I tried re-equipping but next game is same again...

Do you have the same problem if you use the CBill-ones ?
Might be it's just a safety-measure to prevent people from blowing MC on consumables by accident.

I actually had this problem with the Cbill version, went to the store and bought a bunch, hasn't failed refill since, even though i've blown through the ones I prepurchased
