so pretty straight forward,
Should we get our Factions Pattern as a Lv 10 CW Faction reward?


as it would would mean giving us something Substantial for a reward,
and allow us to better show our Colors and pride for our Faction,
=this would be for all of a Factions Mechs=
(a Lv 10 Steiner Player would gain the Steiner Pattern for all IS mechs),
(a Lv 10 Wolf Player would gain the Wolf Pattern for all Clan mechs),

Please note you would only get the reward if you are with the Faction,
so you can only Equip your Rewarded Faction Pattern if your still with that Faction,
Leaving a Faction would make the Reward Pattern Unavailable to you,
until you rejoin the Faction then it becomes available once more,

Maybe level 20 and for a variant, because I know that PGI isn't going to give that away. We don't even get free colors, you think they will give us free faction patterns for all our IS or Clan mechs? but I like the idea Andi don't get me wrong.

Perhaps not at lvl 10, and limited to 4 one shot camos, so the player can paint a drop deck in house colours. That's worth... idk, around 400 mc? I'm not near a computer to log in and check the price, but one shots cost 125 mc tops.

I think this could help to sell camos. Give players the 4 camos and let them choose the mechs to apply them. Now they have a "painted" drop deck, and when modifying the drop deck they may want to keep it painted and buy more camos.

Faction patterns don't really excite me too much unless they are provided for mechs not in a pack (how that is provided is another matter).

Perhaps the mechs in the dropdeck used when the rank is achieved are unlocked (up to 4 different chassis). That would be worthwhile I guess.

For instance, getting a Jade Falcon camo for the Nova, Stormcrow, Summoner, Timberwolf (though that wouldn't be a valid/qualifying dropdeck) for free would be a nice touch.. as well as Kurita camo for a Griffin, Firestarter, Stalker, and Thunderbolt would just as good.

I thinks its a nice idea. but still need to pay for other mechs to use the faction camo pattern. for example, I.S mechs shouldn't have the option to use Clan Camo Pattern and the same idea for the clans and I.S Camo Patterns. PGI still needs to make money on something at least.

Faction pattern could also be for players who are in a permanent contract with the given faction. This way players with permanent contracts would get something for the missed rewards from jumping from faction to faction.

Well, a permanent faction camo is 1500mc.
You get 1500mc at rank... 14 or 15 i believe? So thats how high PGI ranks that kind of reward. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but i doubt they will ever give it away at rank 10 or something comparable.

Respectfully no because they give mc through out the levels that you can use on mech camos.

Heh, propositions like these (while i would really like for it to be implemented, it's not going to happen) stem from the fact that camo patterns only apply to single chassis. If i could unlock pattern for ALL of my mechs i would pay more then they are priced now. But since they unlock for single chassis, i choose to pay none. Will not tank > 1k MC for a pattern for one chassis. A perfect loose-loose situation if you ask me.

Yes, because it makes really good sense.

The only down side is that I really hate the Draconis Combine camo pattern. It's way too over-the-top, cluttered, and looks silly as a result. I'd have prefered if they'd drawn inspiration from canon Draconis Combine paint schemes, like those from the Ghost Regiments.

But yeah, every faction should not only get their faction's camo pattern unlocked, but it should unlock for every mech (At least, for the IS/Clan side of things). As a result, it should be a reward for a pretty high CW rank.
