This is Forest Colony. Frozen City will be done at a different time . . . and I'm sure it'll remain frozen.

Last word was that it is, according to the command chair post's last update.

In that case, then I'd say that yes, it's gone. Honestly, I won't miss it one bit. However, don't be surprised if they take the same theme and apply it to a new map down the line. Regardless, there's still going to be Frozen City and Alpine Peaks for cold maps, so it's not like we're losing much of anything.

Now I'm very curious of what you will do with the Alpine Peaks (and Frozen City).
(MWO map makers: if I'm looking forward to see the new maps more than the new mechs, you know you are doing a great job)

Apart from not having any FPS death features, the map itself looks gorgeous, and hopefully will have plenty of fun areas to fight, and less of the funnel syndrome most of the maps tend to cause.

I just hope you keep the snowy version!

p.s. it's not very realistic that containers have not standardized sizes

Great new map. Thanks for that. Good that we get rid of the old version, which is one of the worst MWO maps.
Hopefully the next map for an overhaul will be Alpine Peaks and Viridan Bog.
