I hadn't played any CW for a while because I got tired of almost always getting ***** stomped.
But today I thought that it's been a while and now I have a few mechs that have been skilled up so that should make a bit of difference.

Well...
Spoiler

Anyway, this game must become balanced (in some way), and soon.
The sad thing is that when you bring up that it's unfair that non unit players get pitted against units the argument is always "lol you no-skiller, create/join a unit!". Also, clan players seem to deny that clan mechs are better in general... ugh.

Well, being in a unit is not a solution if we want this game to grow and get more players into CW.
In most games the overwhelming majority of players prefer to play solo, or at least not in organized units/clans, and in most games they can still get the full experience without getting completely destroyed when playing certain parts of the game.

Just imagine some casual players coming from games such as Counter-strike and Battlefield. In those games you do not have to be in a unit/team/clan to be able to play well in all game modes, and there is balance between the teams. Getting into CW a couple of times will be enough for many to move on to the next game.

There must be change or this game will never really lift off.
It is important to adress both balance between IS and Clan and making CW accessible for all players.

I really like the idea of CW and how there are more objective based battles, but currently I have no desire to join a unit and I'm not going to torment myself more until there is some real change :(

My unit is pretty small, really only 12 or so reasonably active users (someone you see once a week or two sorta thing). We faction hop so those interested can earn the rewards, but generally we go Clan for major events.

Trust me when I say its equally as possible to get rolled in clan mechs.

Well crap all I see on the other team are jump jetting mechs with gauss and lasers cause they don't have the skill to face an opponent head on.

No skill Dezgra.

Yellonet,

Get on House Kurita TS if you can when wandering into CW. It has been real quiet there of late, but you might have had better time with enough people working to a similar battle plan.
