Of all time its split between one of the first times I ran a dual ac20 k-1 (in cb or ob) and I walked into an awesome in the tunnel on frozen city only to come face to face with an Awesome. I got the first kill shot off, dual 20's to the face. Afterwards he was very nice about it
or
K-2 on river city (also in cb or ob) and saw an enemy dorito but didnt see the mech as I wasnt zoomed in. I fired double gauss at him and was rewarded with a "mechwarrior buddah killed that guy" and that guy screaming the rest of the match that I was cheating, even to the point where his own team mate told him to stfu cause he was making it hard to make battlefield calls the way he was spamming.

I had an unforgettable MWO moment in mind, but then I forgot it.

Ok, ok.
I had the Hunchback 4G. I was the last one left on Caustic. The enemy had a Cataphract and a Stalker (they were running together) The Cataphract was CT cored and I killed it quickly, but it took me to internals RH torso. The Stalker and I commenced our circle strafe dance. I cored the CT of the Stalker but he stripped off everything but my head laser. We proceeded to fight and I actually won the fight and the match with 1 head MLaser.
It was the only time in 3 years and thousands of matches that being a stick actually paid off and meant something. Still, for that one game, it was glorious!

I remember playing the game for about a month and never being able to get that first headshot. So I'm running around on Tourmaline Desert and come across a light mech with a cherry red head. Armed with the RNG precision only streak srm 6s can provide I loose several volleys into the lone mech. His head remains but he's been crippled by the volleys and is nearly dead. I line up my final shot (lol) and fire my randomly targeting missles. This time the mech dies and I am rewarded with my long awaited headshot achievement.

Running my DDC with 3 SRM6, AC20, and 2 flamers and getting 1000+ dmg matches all the while people were whining about an Atlas with flame throwers on it. Nowadays you need all the fire power you can muster in an Atlas, but when it was top dog killing things while having flamers equipped was great fun, specially when I was out of ammo and just running flamers. Have a 360 std engine doesn't leave much room for ammo.

In the mining collective. Objective: Capture enemy base.
I'm in my Catapult A1C, 2xALRM15/6t ammo, 2xSSRM2, 2xALRM4, BAP, AMS. I drop in with two Daishis and a K2. The lead Daishi pilot is on VoIP calling the plays. The assaults to rush the enemy base and other units to cover. I escort the Daishis on a run for the objective. Halfway there, a skirmish breaks out in a little square between two corridors, with ramps leading in on both sides. The Daishis charge in. I'm at the bottom of the ramp with my ears sticking over, pouring LRM fire into the melee. Then, an AC jumps one of the Daishis. I Leeroy Jenkins into the melee, spewing ASRM4 fire, and suddenly lock SSRMs on the light, pouring it on. The AC jump-jets away. We re-form and run for the objective.
Most of the enemy team had tried to cap our base. One Lance was back there in the fight, and the Daishis and I were on theirs. They were watching back the way we came and I was in the other side. Suddenly, I'm getting hit in the back. A battered Thor is on me! I try to turn but I'm wedged. I hit the jets, clear, and turn, just as one of the Daishis lumbers around the corner and hammers him dead in the back, I'd guess in payback for my YOLO dash in the courtyard earlier. And suddenly, we capture! Game over.
Total fun.
