Apparently I'm not the only one left in the dark with questions then, after reading all of the responses!
I used to follow this, but I am not even sure if it gets updated or not:

See, I've played Forumwarrior as much if not more than I've put time in playing MW:O. I think it's because when I play MW:O, I see so much that needs addressed or unseen potential (HAH see what I did thar?)
every time I play a match. So I constantly look and dig for information that PGI knows these issues exists, and have a structure, or actual detailed plan, as to what they're going to do, and in what direction they wish to take the game. All I've seen are very vague "Fedspeak-like promises" that while yes they are answers, do not explain or show how they intend to do what is being promised.
I mean, technically, we're potential investors. For whatever reason we see fit, we can throw money at them if we desire. They're not charging us, and that's fine. I'm not crying. But I, an investor, become skeptical and cautious. Aside from speculating (which is a popular thing to do in these forums) how to interpret the promised vague words, I only have how things were done from past to present to go off of, which is only from Feb. 2014 to present. But even with roughly a year and a half of experience, I can't say I'm very optimistic at all. The only specific hint of change I've seen from a dev. is that they intend on halving the ECM range... Whatever.
But if there is a solid plan, that's great... but what is it and where? I don't think that they should be secretive about it, because it leads to mistrust. If people have good news, they can't wait to share it (especially when money is involved). If it's bad news (or more of the same) then yes people will complain or people may leave... but how is that any different than waiting till the last moment? What is there to gain from that?
I appreciate the new mechs, I appreciate the new maps... but I questioned the balancing and the prioritization of the fixing of core issues involved with it. I think many of us have MANY issues regarding core game play. Above anything else, I think the community deserves to be told what exactly "The Great Rebalancing" or "Battle Value" system is going to do. I just don't feel I can invest further into a company if they can't be
upfront with how they're going to change things, especially based off of previous record and timeline.
