[Cupid and Psyche _]

I suppose it looks alright. The Mauler has a very distinctive look, which I don't think they capture as well here. I wish the missile racks on the shoulder were a bit longer and the 'mech, in general, was just stretched out! The models from MW4 and MWLL are my favorites for the chassis.

Ugh the arms look soooooo bad. Why does the variable weapon geometry have to make everything look like it was put together out of all the parts from the "value" bin?

Also the waists get's too thin too fast. :\

You know what? I hadnt seen that mech before seeing it on the forums and I always thought it was ugly. Thats maybe the first time I have said that about a mech in this game. Oh well maybe someone else will like it.

The Crab isnt a beauty either but its got alot of character and may be a strong mech on the field.

I think it looks really good- we've got longbarrel lasers that actually have long barrels, ballistics that look large enough and long enough for the chassis they're attached to, and a pretty swanky looking chassis that it's all mounted on.

It has its own foibles that will probably lead to it being frequently side-cored, (or reduced to a Popsicle) but aesthetically I'm looking forward to it.

And the special skins are pretty awesome looking, especially the DC skin.

Doesn't look as bad as some recently released mechs cough* Grasshopper cough*, PGI can still ruin it with horrible animation but so far it's ok.

The recent MWO Instagram posting includes an illustration of a missile-less shoulder... where the top of the remaining shoulder block appears to be level with the top of the head.
