So PSR is replacing ELO and per the NGNG video, no T5 should ever get stuck against a T1.

So my question is.....

How does PSR work in a group environment where members of the group can spread all tiers?

Just a guess, but T1 never playing T5 probably only applies to the solo queue.

Exactly right. They're fixing the solo queue first because that's where the vast majority of MWO players are.
