I don't like it because war needs experienced soldiers and in-experienced ones. Battle needs to draw on. There needs to be problems on both sides with soldier experience levels.

I don't want to que for 2 minute battles. Everyone isn't meant to be godly-good.

If you don't like the brevity of the battle, then speak of changes that would raise time to kill, reduce alphas, etc. That is the core issue of your woes, not skill level disparity.

How do you know you're in the high level tier?
