So, Patch Arrived and nothing changed

ISP: Virtua
Trying to connect from Brazil
Third-Party AV/Firewall: Norton 360(Tested with Firewall/AV DISABLED)
Account from 2013
only hardware changed from the last time i played: VGA card

what i tried already:

flushed the DNS
changed the DNS to the google public one, both IPv6 and IPv4
released and renewed the IP
checked and confirmed it was the only one type of conection to internet, to be sure MWO wasn't trying to connect through another connection
did a FULL reinstall
Called to ISP and the answer was: everything normal

after patching runned the repair tool

no matter what i write on the fields stills return the same error

Solutions?

Following up with you through PM.

We currently have a couple players who have been getting this error, but right now the problem seems to be occurring at the machine-level. Still trying to work with these players to figure out exactly what's going on here.
