So after several hours of great gameplay, tonight I encountered what seemed to be a similar disconnect bug to the ones that were widely occurring during the OC Takeover event's initial run.
Was searching for a match, got a "Failed To Find Match" error, then my mech was locked when I went to re-queue.
I restarted my client, got back in, saw "Rejoin", so I tried that, got into a match in time to see my DC'd mech getting headshot. Apparently at least 1-2 other players on my team, and at least 2-3 of the opposing team experienced the exact same thing, all at the same time.
This was on the NA server btw, and I'm an NA player with avg 46 ping, usually experience solid performance on this server.

I posted a similar experience just before your post....I think we were in the same match.

I just had this happen to me on the NA server. I made a post in the general discussion forum about it. I probably posted it in the wrong area, lol.

This has been an issue since the Oceanic Server went online, I believe. But it isn't just the Oceanic Server that will kick you. And when it does, the mech you were using will be unavailable until the match is finished. The Rejoin feature doesn't work.
There is also another bug that has been around since about May, that will just randomly disconnect you from the game, and kick you back to login. You can usually get back in, but by the time you have done so, your mech is usually destroyed.

The lag and disconnects has made this server completely unplayable. I don't know who you have hosting this but I would not be surprised if they were owned by comcast.
