If quirks are staying in place a while, this variant needs quirks that make it something different than the 1DC.
The weapon quirks are similar but vastly inferior to the 1DC in addition to it having 2 less hardpoints. If that wasn't enough it doesn't even have the internals quirks.
At least give it AC20 quirks or something, make it unique.
