Every time I start up the game after I log in and the moment it tries to go full screen it flips back and fouth between black and the desktop I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and click task manager it pops up and I click back into the game and it runs fine after that. Just annoying I know there was a so called recent Alt+Tab fix that may have cause other issues.

Yes, I have ran the repair tool, no I didn't wipe all the settings. I really hate changing all my keep binds back.

Here is my dxdiag info.

Do you run the game in "full window" or "fullscreen"? Sounds like fullscreen. I had this problem too and it disappeared when I set it to full window.

I think someone else reported something similar.

It could be that this particular driver fork is problematic (it's new) and may need some refinement.

Perhaps reverting to an older version would solve things?

I had this issue when trying to alt-tab while the game loaded in full screen. Switched to full window and haven't had the problem since

I was having an issue with drivers and Window/Fullscreen/FullWindow modes as well, but rolling back didn't help me. Not sure if this is the same issue you're describing, but my post is HERE
