Only time I went double digits yesterday was when a friendly Timberwolf decided to jump jet into the quad-large lasers stream I had going on a red guy.

I think it is more of a useful value for you to use than for your team to criticize. Private sounds good.
Shot block me and you just might suffer from my unwillingness to lay off the trigger. Sometimes I feel generous, sometimes I don't think YOU can hit the broadside of barn and KNOW I have the kill lined up.
Who's at fault? Me for lining up a shot and releasing it? or You for horning in on shot with dual gauss and you die because this is the 3rd or 4th time that match you were securing a kill you didn't need to?

- If your friendly fire damage is < 5% of your total damage -- you are all good.
- If your friendly fire damage is 5%-10% of your enemy damage you need to learn how to move your cross hairs off target if someone walks in front of you and you need to stop running into your friendly light mechs at full speed!
- If your friendly fire damage is between 10% and 20% of your enemy damage you are just being a **** and not caring what is in front of you when you aim for the red square.
- if your friendly fire damage is >20% of your enemy damage you need to start equipping only MGs and flamers or equip no weapons and simply run into the enemy because you are more of a harm to your team than a help.

??? OK lol.
So somehow me saying there doesn't need to be a definable team damage number (just try and be careful as always), has something to do with deciding whether to intentionally blast a team mate in the back because he/she cut you off to steal your kill.
I don't see why my statement was quoted (I don't get the connection).

I'm sorry, but last time I checked any combat manual on the planet it always, always, said to go behind your team mate if they are already firing their weapon. The short version is "incoming fire always has the right of way". The long version if "I really don't know what is that urgent that you have to run in-front of my clear shooting lane, but if you must insist on rushing through my fire to do whatever it is you are doing then I hope your body isn't made of anything delicate."
If I'm firing my incredibly obvious, totally visible, and distinctly wubby lasers and you choose to run through them then I am 100% confident as to who's favour the insurance claim would turn out.

WTH. 4.99% of 1000K is 49 damage? That is enough for multiple TK's, even if by mistake. Not close to acceptable...
Acceptable FF numbers calculations: FF damage / your damage done to enemy and if under .05 % (1/2 of 1%) your OK. That way as you hit more enemies, your FF threshold increases as well.

You are allowed to take those Lasers off a Friendly target you know. Or were you teaching them a lesson?

I used to care about stacking up kills. I don't anymore because I play very infrequently. But what I have noticed more of lately is folks crowding targets to try and steal kills, to the point you'll be firing and they just walk right in front of you and plow into the enemy.
Once the laser is firing I can't make it stop, right?

You guys (not everyone) won’t be satisfied until you suck all the fun out of the game
I think I had one fun match yesterday
Deductions like these are not fun

He came in front of my shot after I had already fired. Of course I tried to avoid hitting him but at that point there was nothing I could do.
