Any word if the new ranking system includes different ranking by mech class the way ELO supposedly did, or if it is a single tier for the account/pilot?

I think the upcoming battle value system might be intended to eventually replace weight division stats.

Makes sense, everyone plays their Locusts and Direwhales equally well, right?
Of course they could do it per variant, everyone has a variant PSR, unfortunately QUARKS and their ability be anywhere at any time for any reason make that impossible, yesterdays dog, is tomorrows übermensch.
Or they could calculate PSR for weight class is like they did with Elo, but it... err...um... it costs too much megahurtz (or has become lost-tech).
PGI may as well only track stats on competitive chassis, nothing else really matters. When all your tier 1 players are running stormcrows and arctic cheatars, and whatever passes for metard on Heavy and Assault. Is there really any reason to track stats on the fool-around mechs, other than to tank their PSR?
