The Smiling Bandit cannot be tier 5 or 1 cuz he's smiling.
There are 2 X 4 bars in his name but he's a bandit so he's lying so tier 2 and 4 are a trap.

Therefore he's tier 3.
Mind blown.

XtremWarrior must be either tier two or four. He's too extreme for E's, and therefore could not be tier onE, thrEE, or fivE.

EDIT: upon further review, XtremWarrior cannot be tier 2 or 4, because he is in France. In French, two is dEux, and four is quatrE. XtremWarrior must be a troll account.

LordKnightFandragon is Tier 3 because too many teammates take too long trying to type/say his name in chat and end up getting killed. Left alone on the battlefield LordKnightFandragon is soon overwhelmed by crushing numbers

Bill Bullet is actually Bullet Bill in disguise and is Tier 5, because if you jump on his head in Super Mario Bros., he just falls down and gives you 100 points.

Bill is tier 3 now, but by the time PGI releases the tier listing he'll be tier 2 close to Tier 1 because he's a founder. That, of course, until PGI releases tiers for cbills, and then nerfs the tier system, where Bill will be tier 4.

PGI will deny any wrongdoing, claiming that everything is "working as intended". After another nerf to Tier 5 we'll all know it was actually IGP that thought out the Tier system.

To compensate, we will all get a hammock cockpit item to go with our Island...

Oh yeah, Cion loses a tier for digressing. However, I was briefly entertained so we award 1/2 a tier.
