A while ago, I received permission from Catalyst to write up a quick-start guide for Alpha Strike, very much in the vein of the quick-start guide currently available for the classic ruleset. It's nearing completion, and I'd really like to get some feedback before I hit the "GO" button and take it live.

Would anyone here be willing to read through and offer feedback on the document?

I do!

Since i'm not very experienced in CBT (only played a few games) and never played alpha strike before, i can give you the new player impression over the writings :)

I would as well. I'm deeply versed in basic tabletop, max-tech, strat-ops, tac-ops, and recently checked out CityTech. (Also a huge fan of Megamek's "simultaineous phases" when combined with double blind -- that is intense!)

Sadly I haven't yet had the chance to play Alpha Strike though I have heard of and seen it on Sarna. I am very interested in finding out how it differs.

I too, would be game. Well and truely into tabletop, though it has been a month and a half since my last game, but that's okay, since I'm planning on roping a new player into the game with some mechwarrior campaigning, and these things take time.
