Psr - Exceptionally Well, Well, Poorly Scoring: Relative Or Absolute?

I expect the definition of "Exceptionally Well", "Well", and "Poorly" as referred to how a player did is based on his/her relative performance within a given match against the rest of the players on his/her team, correct? For example, if you lost the match, but was the highest scoring player in your team with 250 match points, you are deemed to have done "Exceptionally Well".

Or do we think it's based on an absolute scale, i.e., if you score greater than 600 points you're deemed to have just done "Well"?

I hope it's relative - as good matches and bad matches can skew the absolute scores of even the best players.

Or is it covered in the Patch Notes and I completely missed it? I've had no coffee this morning yet. :D

We have absolutely no info as to the specific workings of PSR, as usual with our core game mechanics.
