Here's my input on Artemis:

Honestly, I'd love to choose Artemis for one or the other or even both. Seriously though, it'd be nice to choose it this way-

Let's say for example I wanted to take out my Stormcrow and have some fun with the missiles. Ok, good. However, at the current system, when I choose Artemis in the upgrades section, I get both LRM and SRM with Artemis. The extra ton on one on missile system could be used for something else that I might need for the `Mech. Like Active Probe and/or Targeting Computer for my ballistic/energy weapons.

I'd like to have it this way if possible

LRM 5 w/Artemis LA/RA
SRM 6 LT/RT

I mean, it couldn't hurt to get this done. If you guys can unlock the flame on the Adder. What's to say it can't be done on the Artemis Fire Control System?
