I have not had time to play much for a few months now but I was shocked once I logged in today that all my premium time had vanished. Does it expire if you don't use it or has something gone wrong? Thanks

If your bundles haven't been activated, then it's all still saved. If you activated any premium time before stopping play, then that amount will keep on counting down


So if it was active, it counted to zero. If it was stored, it's still stored. You can even activate any banked premium time in 30 day batches from your forum profile.

EDIT: To check if you have any banked premium time, go into the game, and then click the "Activate Premium Time" button. It won't activate it immediately. It will prompt you with a question, "do you want to activate your XX days of premium time?"

That's a relief thank you. I was just being thick as I saw it sad 0d 0h 0m so thought I had none, but I still have days =D I don't suppose you can help me on working out what happened to my mechs as well? I cant appear to find my Hunchback. I ended up with so many mechs and the newest gui is confusing me a bit. I guess I have had a longer brake from the game than I though :S

Go to "Select Mech", and switch the top filter to "Owned" that should show you only your owned mechs, including your purchased hunchback


Also, in the forums, click on the "Profile" button, and see the mechs you own listed there.
