However, seeing as that thread has become inactive and I am unable to reply there, I am raising this topic again to make it clear that the bug is still present and is affecting multiple people.
"What bug?", you ask?
This bug:

Notice the right window, how it looks like it's showing part of Caustic Valley despite the game being in Mech Factory.
Here's another one, showing part of Canyon Network despite the game being in Alpine Peaks:

Bottom line, ever since Patch 1.3.416, users playing at 5760x1080 resolution (or possibly higher) would have the rightmost 1/4th of their view look partially like a screenshot of the immediate previous map that was played. As the cockpit bobs up and down while the mech moves, the window sills and all graphics inside the cockpit are rendered normally, the "screenshot" looks like it's outside the mech, so it's definitely not a driver bug as far as I can tell. Obviously it's not an LCD issue either for the same reason.
Sometimes the "screenshot" isn't there, but the rendering in that same rightmost 1/4th of the screen would be slow and frame-y. Other times, it would render the current environment except that some elements, like water, smoke, particle, and lighting effects, don't show. Yes, in maps with rivers and seas, sometimes you can see the sea bed or river bed because the water isn't rendered, like so:

While here's some missing lighting effects from a pair of ER Large Lasers in the same area of the screen while the rest of that same area looks normal (while I was piggy backing after ejecting):

In addition, some elements in the environment would just keep on disappearing and appearing, such as trees, posts, and other small objects (not buildings or terrain) regardless of their location on the screen, ever since Patch 1.3.416.
To be completely transparent, I can name three major things that happened right before this started showing up: I upgraded from Window 8.1 to Windows 10, I updated my AMD GPU drivers to 15.7.1, and applied Patch 1.3.416 to MWO, so the cause of this may be one or a combination of these factors.
For reference, my GPU Is an AMD Radeon 7870 LE, CPU is an Intel i7-3820.
