It would be funny to see something like a Mist Lynx meta happen...make it so, PGI, make it so! :D

some is-tech level quirks (for instance those from bj-1x) for c-ml on mlx and it's meta even with the fixed probe, slow speed etc

I like to run the 4R with 4 large lasers. Just because.

And I like the 4D with an X320 for ridiculous mobility and harassment. But it definitely lacks on firepower.

I wanna get the 4P and drop an XL350 in it for maximum stupid speed. Just to see how well such a large engine will work with the turn and acceleration quirks.

Loving my 4P. As it comes with DHS, endo and FF it has zero hidden costs. Also a decent standard engine for only four million.

Only reason I don't run my ENF more is my HBK and CN9, which are my two fave Mediums. But the ENF is a prime scrapper. I run my ENF-4R with a mix of AC10/ERPPC and MLaser. Good but not fantastic hitboxes, runs XLs well, and the JJs are a nice plus. Am toying with switching to an LPL in the LA, but I do love my PP-FLD.

That said, if I wasn't such an addict for my other Mediums already, I could easily see it becoming my go-to ride.

Gameplay wise, I'm happy with the enforcers.

Unfortunately, its one ugly ride. I really wish the head had spent a little more time in design queue. It looks nothing like the enforcer in TRO.

or in the concept art. Pity too, as the rest of the mech is well modeled. But that Peyton Manning meets Sloth head just kills it.

Enforcer 4R is my favorite medium in the game. I second the 1x AC10, 5x MLas, XL260 build. It just seems to tank like a bomb and do well. The others are garbage just for leveling, but that's the same for most chassis.

Thinking of buying an enforcer, worth it?

The Enforcer is one of the best Mechs in the game, I think:

900+ Damage in the Resistance Variant:

1,111 Damage in the Resistance Variant:

Ace of Spades, 9 kills, 1309 damage with the 4R (including an epic, 1v4 battle against Clanners at the end!):

...
...
...
...So...yeah...buy them Mechs!!! :D

4R with 5mpl or 3LL is the way to go - it's actually the only mech I've ever bought a duplicate of just so I can run both loadouts. The others are meh, though the AC20 variant is a nice poor man's YLW

This. The 4s are good, the 5s are meh.

Yep. I will admit that I still prefer my Blackjacks, but the Enforcer has replaced the Griffin in my normal rotation. My 4P is one of my best mechs (2.2 KDR), but I would still take the BJ-1 over it because... jump jets.

The Enforce is plenty worth it.

Just avoid the 5P unless you like limited dakka (it's too gimmicky for me).

I like the Enforcer, good solid mech.

All 4 are viable, depends what you like to run.

Such a sweet mech to pilot. Both the movement and twist are just soo right. It is like a Vindi but not made out of paper and with the ability to fight back.

I love my Enforcers, one of my favorite mediums and definitely my favorite 50 tonner.

ENF-5D
ENF-4R
ENF-4P

Or if you just want meta-cheese:
ENF-4R
ENF-5D

When I first bought it, I found it incredably sluggish, slow and not very manuverable. One has to invest into a fairly large engine and at least basic it out to be more than a sitting duck.

Currently, I run a 2 x ERLL, 3 x MLAS build, with a STD 255 engine...and its shaping up solidly.. had some good games with it, made my 150 points..

I'm sorry I didnt get the Griffin though.. I think its more much agile.. But I'm new to the IS side of the game, so I might be wrong..

Enforcer 4R - 5MP, jumpjest, STD engine, DHS, Endo all in all its a tankie little mech. Good for support with your lance, use your right side as a shield and keep gunning away. dont forget to place a Hula Girl in the cockpit to get those extra kills.
