For the larger units, have any considered splitting the unit up temporarily and have one join an adjacent faction and running practices drops? Especially since there is no real meaning about planet ownership for the time being.

Or setting up matches between units of adjacent territories to meet on a specific planet for matches, then changing to another planet when others start showing up that may prevent successful drops against each other.

SWOL just formed an IS alt unit and is growing based upon people creating alt accounts or just new random people joining.

Now we can attack ourselves!

There is [BSK] and [BSKi], playing for Steiner and Jade Falcon. But too many events for the solo queue und a great summer prevented any training efforts ..

It was brought up by me in -MS- but our primary focus is planetary success. We also are shy of having 2 12-mans on a typical evening and we have the same player burnout/turnover issues as everyone else. -MS- is big but not that big youknowimsayin.

If someone wants to set up a CW scrim or shadow one of our streamers then that works better than trying to split units

Why in the world do the large units need practice in CW in the first place? Most, if not all, of the planetary defenses consist of nothing more than PuGs cobbled up from different factions, & are no match for a 12-man.

  • Alternative to using private matches and no income or group queue and unsatisfactory opponents.
  • Ability to drop with 4 mechs instead of 1 in solo/group/private matches
  • Regardless of win/loss, working on earning faction loyalty points for that faction to reach each threshold level to receive the level rewards in an almost entire CW
  • To provide a more satisfying fight instead of clubbing those poor pug teams
I am sure I am missing some items but if a unit has the numbers, or have developed a training unit to feed the primary, why not?
