What's happened to the mobile version of the website?

There used to be a drop menu near the bottom to change into a mobile theme. The best I can tell, it's nowhere to be found now? Why's this, or am I just blind?

Or were I the only person who actually used the thing? I have a small and old Android phone and the normal site is pretty much unusable. I don't want to upgrade because most modern phones are frigging HUGE, physically. Or is everyone using something like Tapatalk to view the forum through an app?
