I'd like the ability to ability to "mute" individual players, so that I don't see text chat from specific individuals in-game.

On the rare occasion that I find myself irritated with the game, it's not uneven matches, teams playing badly or anything of that nature that's the cause. It's the relatively small group of individuals who persistently and near-continuously whinge and moan in chat (team or all), often from before the match starts. Their persistent negativity and ill-mannered behaviour does more to suppress the fun for me than pretty much anything else in game.

To be clear: what they're doing isn't (for the most part) anything reportable. Nor am I spending my evenings crying myself to sleep over something a nasty keyboard warrior said in my video game. But being able to silence a few specific folks *would*, I suspect, slightly improve my MWO experience.
