My fully elited/mastered mechs get more MXP than the ones I trying to level up. GXP accumulates equally glacially, however.

Anyone else see this? Reckon this is some sort of incentive to get us to spend money to convert MXP to GXP? I'm 7500 GXP short of being able to unlock radar derp and advanced zoom both and it's a long slog to accumulate themagainst players who already have both and have had them for 10,000 matches, and weapon modules as well.

It's perception bias, the mechs that have it all elited, perform better and therefor earn experience better. They don't shutdown down as often, fire more frequently, move in to position more easily etc.
