So where AC2 colldown module? Ghost heat removed, but AC2 is only have no cooldown module - we lost 12% of dps.

I sometimes wonder if PGI conveniently forgets about it (for now anyway) due to balance concerns.
The fire rate just getting too high in even mechs with general ballistic cool down and an A/C2 module.
I'm not saying its the case, but I do wonder if it is.

That module might make Blackjack-1 and DC somewhat useful again. Most likely, though, a whale boating AC/2s and having this module might pose a problem

KC will be more of an issue due to IS AC using single shot ACs.

No it won't, because AC/2s are still at 1 damage/heat, so they'd have to hold fire long before they killed anything as usual.

There never should've been an issue with AC2 modules. PGI proved it themselves:
1. They claimed it was due to triggering ghost heat, but the LB2X already has a cooldown module.
2. They claimed it was due to triggering ghost heat, but then they gave mechs cooldown quirks even higher than a CD mod would.
