It really exists.

Don't believe me?

I have PROOF!

This is the reason there are SOOOOOO many threads about ELO.

If the matchmaker were fixed, the player population would be properly segmented so those who want to play with steering wheels will be grouped with others who have them and those who use mouse/keyboard will be grouped versus them. Well, not just that, it'd also factor in their ELO and tonnage too.

I have a theory, however, that might explain why some people with really high ELO scores are grouped with so many sub-100 damage players...

It might be the matchmaker is actually taking these trial mech/new players with the base default starting score of 1200 or 1300 (not sure exactly the number) and including them in the calculation and grouping for a game. What if the matchmaker instead ignored those newbie players and only grouped +/- players from that range with X number of games... say 50 games with more "experienced" players? This might actually help solve part of the problem...

People like to complain, and it is easy to complain about things that they don't understand (and/or are not fully explained).

So it is your belief that only people of Indian decent are members of this "Hive" thing? No! Well then that picture is a racist based slander and should be pulled. Otherwise put yourself in the picture so we can see how the "real players" apparently play.

So if the picture was of a white man driving the bus it would be racist against white males"?
White Woman?
Black Man?
Korean Gentleman?

What exactly do you have to do in a derogatory post to not be a racist?

Should we all have gender non specific, race non specific people outlines to post?

Or are you just one of those over sensitive people that blame racism for everything?

Excuse me? Where on earth did I mention in my text:

Race
Creed
Origin
Ethnicity
etc.?

I didn't. It is a general picture of a guy in a bus. Get a GRIP! Race has nothing to do with it.

Sheesh!

You should go listen to this guy:

He eloquently explains what is wrong with America and the world.

Me as well.
Though I personally have met many people (too many people) exactly like this.
I think there is a real good chance that this person really believes in what they are posting and that they are truly offended by the post.

New rule.
If the first thing you do is call out racism where none has been seen to exist.
You are the racist.

Didn't you see the picture? I thought it explains everything. The guy is using a steering wheel and a bus to drive a mech. :)
