To Eject or Not to Eject?

So...the last couple of weeks I've been reading some Battletech novels and ejecting comes up alot.

I think it might be interesting to have a reason to voluntarily eject from your mech. Say for example, if your mech gets destroyed before your able to eject your pilot won't gain as many leveling points...err whatever they will be using. I think it could be an interesting way to make the game more immersive. Thoughts?

Pryde, as a clanner, how can you advocate for such a thing? :P

Well in truth i dont think you have time to manually eject from your mech before it explodes.So i would rather have a auto eject automation clip when your mech is going to explode like in the MWO piranna vid.That would seam to me a realistic thing to happen look at jet pilots they auto eject from there cockpits if the plane is going down and the computer knows you are going to die. :P ahhhh bad hair day eject eject eject lol.
