Props to all the mixed unit Davion guys I dropped with today; made a 12man out of everyone that could be pulled off the friends list, made a 12man and dropped on....

An attack world.

Many of you may never have seen one in CW since Beta 1. It's the exact opposite of what you generally see; your whole team is Davion while the *other* team is Clan pugs, and you tend to wreck a lot of face because of it. We rolled solid wins and we didn't really even have an organized drop caller and in several instances just went for Omega instead of taking the match out full length for kills.

However it was actually a lot more fun than CW normally is pugging defense drops with dontcares and 100% noobs.

We got to start doing this more often. Get in Davion TS

Go there and wait if you don't already see people in your friends list.

We've got a number of groups dropping 2, 3, 5mans of their unit in CW often on defense. Put them together to make a 12man and drop offense and actually have some fun at CW.

Last tip -

when you get the invite from someone on your friends list, give it a try for 1 drop. If it's fun and profitable, stay. If it's not, go back to pug/group queue no harm no foul but you may find there's still some fun to be mined in CW. We just need to get back to dropping together and organizing on Davion TS.

It's one thing to shoot robbits and look good doing it. It's another to show up with your posse, looking good together.

Massive props to Wilbaron and CC for day after day attempting to kick Davions collective behind into gear and get groups going, and most importantly, keeping things fun. I think I've dropped more with you guys than my own unit.

Units are the friends we hang out with and that's awesome. Love the Lancers, it's mah peeps.

However we need to all get active in forming cross-unit groups for CW. As we all saw with that dropping in a 12man on attack is a billion times superior than pugging defense. More action faster, better pay, more fun.

Friend every Davion you drop with and be active in sending invites. I am dubious that PGI is going to do everything that needs done to make CW awesome - we need to take the steps to make it fun for ourselves.

I just wish we could coordinate with other houses when we are gonna attack a planet. Imagine 6 or 7 units dropping on Pyro instead of 2 or 3. Sucks to see a planet go back to 0 when it was 30-46 percent captured.

Wilbaron has been doing an awesome job. He spams me invites all the time (not that i mind, I like knowing somebody is trying to get it done) and always seems to be working with a group on the Davion TS. I want to join CW more but my streaming dutues combined with work and RL tend to get in the way. But tonight it's Wed and that means Wed Night Warfare. It's all CW tonight for me.

What Willbaron and the mixed group that gathers with him have done is testament to what just a little coordination can do, even with pilots from different teams and those that aren't part of one yet..
