Have a selection for each mech for the role you plan to perform in the mech lab.

So if you are in a light you could put scout or direct fire for sniping.

A medium could have a harasser or direct fire.

If you are in an Assault you could have brawler, direct fire or indirect fire.

Then show that next to the mech model in the team list before the match.

Then the team can see what they have in the team and the leader can plan the engagement instead of doing the same thing every time.

If you are LRM and there are no scouts then plan on finding your own targets.

To many time the faster mechs determine the fighting area which might not be best for the whole team.

Would be a nice thing, especially for CW, so a leader can see the composition or order players to change their selectioon. Problematic on the Waves 2-3, but could also be done if their would be a monitoring button for the planned waves.
