I haven't seen much talk about the Ebon Jaguar or Kit Fox recently but I've been using them quite a bit. The things are monsters.
Ebon Jaguar can pretty much run a half version of most Dire Wolf loadouts. You can use dual UAC20s, dual UAC10s, triple UAC5, and triple UAC2 usually with backup lasers and reasonable ammo. It can also run dual PPC+Gauss for the sniper builds or run as many missiles as a Dire Wolf if that's what you're in to. On top of the heavy firepower it also runs almost twice as fast as a Dire, at 81kph untweaked. At 65 tons you can run up to 3 of these in a CW deck.
Now with 3 EBJs in your deck that leaves 45 tons, you could get a Shadow Cat or you could go with something even better, and no its not the Cheeta. The Kit Fox is a light mech packing some serious firepower and ECM capability, its practically a quarter Dire. The thing can run a UAC20 if you really wanted to, or a gauss rifle, though with low ammo in both cases. It does work very well with the lower caliber UACs though and can dual UAC2 snipe with ECM cover, which works very well when supporting heavier mechs such as a Dire Wolf. If you were looking for more of an indirect support role you could run with ECM and triple AMS to cut down any LRMs around your assaults and run with streaks and lasers to take out other harassers that might harm them. If you really wanted to you could run it as a light LRM boat even.
Both of these mechs are extremely versatile and extremely powerful. I'd suggest getting the EBJ when it comes out for cbills, and I'd also suggest looking into the Kit Fox if you like light support mechs rather than the light brawlers. If you have the spare change you could even buy the packs for those money printer prime variants.

Foxy can't do dual UAC/2 sniping anymore because of the JJs being locked into the torsos (need those pods for the high-mounted ballistics).
I guess you could do it with 1 in the RT and 1 in the LA (need Alternate C arm), but you're still gonna be low on ammo (14.5 tons of pod space, -1 ton for ECM, -10 tons for 2 UAC/2, -0.5 or more tons for JJs...). And in the end, the UAC/2 is just a poopy weapon as it is...
I wish the Foxy had energy options for the side torsos. Or at least missiles, like MW4 had...

you should be crazy to run uac20 on kit fox, gauss doesn't really work well too
for 2 uac-2 - you can use only one ear nowadays and to have 1 uac-2 in the right ear above the cockpit and another in an arm below the cockpit isn't really encouraging
its probably best ballistic build it's uac-5 in the right ear, ecm and 3 medium lasers in arms
of you can go uac-10 in the right ear, 2.5 tons of ammo and 3 small lasers with no ecm, or something like that

I am a bit crazy and do run the UAC20 build on the kit fox to finish off Dires and other things that aren't focusing me because they aren't expecting me to put out 40 damage in half a second, it works in pug matches at least but not CW just saying. It plays sort of like a hunchback, you just stick by an assault and add some extra punch.
As for the UAC2 loadout I decided having two of them and ECM was more useful than JJs so I put ECM in one arm then both UAC2s in the other arm with a medium laser as backup in the ECM arm. Comes with over 2 tons of ammo, I was able to put out over 500 damage with it when supporting a Dire Wolf, 10 less damage than the Dire itself. Works wonders when you are on the defensive especially on longer range or open maps. Since you aren't firing a laser at long range and have ECM enemies have a harder time seeing where the attack is coming from. You are tiny after all. If you need more ammo you can cut a bit of armor off if you notice you aren't really taking hits much during matches.
