About halfway during the patch I get a message that says Xdelta3-3.x86-32.exe unable to start correctly.

I have to shut it down with task manager because the message comes right back when I click OK.

What do I do?

Can you run the repair tool from the patcher? The gears icon in the top corner

Never seen this error before concerning MWO's installer. Makes me wonder if it's some other service running on your PC. I would certainly suggest starting over and see what happens, and possibly disable any antivirus scanning that's going on at the same time.

I unchecked, Automatically patch when updates are found then it finished installing and everything works.
