i have yet to receive my R2 mechs. I paid $80 for them so i expect them to be in my account. fix this along with the other mistakes you made in this game

Did you just now buy them ? If so, try logging out and in again.

If that is not the problem you might want to e-mail support directly (no, this is not it).

So contact PGI directly. I've had nothing but good interactions with their account support. Coming to the forums to whine is not productive.

I paid for maulers yesterday, and got them in 1 hr after relog. try it.
