I understand many people have had alt-tab issues for a while but I have had very few. Previous to this patch I only ever had the game fail to properly load textures when launching into a game if I was alt-tabbed out and then alt-tabbed back in while loading into the game.

Alt-tabbing out of the game in full-screen will often now bring me back to a black screen (cursor not visible either) at least 50% of the time. This appears to only happen while in the Mechlab but because this effects other players to play with it too much during games (I have to restart the client to fix the issue which would drop me from the match) I have not tested it very much at all outside of the Mechlab.

Switch to "Full Window" and most of those problems go away.
You might get new ones, though. Like the mouse-cursor going off-screen and clicking something on your desktop occasionally. :D
