Aaaaand I find this out on the 6th after 10.
Aaaaaand someone who is evil gave me hope the rewards program still runs, so I bought a LITTLE MC. No Cicada today though <le sigh, followed by le sigh double>

I am destined for the bottom of Tier 5 forever and ever and ever. Can anyone confirm that was not a pipe dream, or at least dash my dreams with authority

Someone was evil. You must have bought MC before the rewards program ran out to get the Cicada. However, you should have gotten at least an extra mech bay, depending on how much MC you bought, based on this.

Sadly, the extension of the rewards program is only for the Zeus and Executioner. You'll have to wait until the Cicada is available for C-Bills (probably by December, I'm guessing)

you have to run it befor it will show

If by 'run it' you mean using loyalty mechs in matches, I have done. But they don't appear in my stats

I bought the Urbanmech collectors package, and the Marauder basic + Hero add on.

according to the release, shouldn't that qualify me for a Zeus, or do I have to wait until after Oct 20th deadline?

No, it does not qualify you. You need 2 COLLECTOR packs. Your MAD is standard only, so you do not qualify. The Hero Mech is just an extra.

Aha! thanks for that clarification, I guess I didn't catch the "collector" part of the deal.
Not really sad about it - anything more than 50 tons isn't really my thing, but I would never turn down a few tons of free scrap metal

So far liking the Mediums, I know I will like the Executioner when I figure out the build for it, just that Zeus left.
I see lots of Cicada-3Fs, not so much the others.

Check that it's simply not in a strange place in the stats? I have the rest of my Cicadas at the very top, but the CDA-3F(L) gets thrown all the way down to bottom.
