It has lost its nice heat saving quirks, but gained lots of negative quirks. Why would I ever take it now when there is the D's right arm with the same hard points and no negative quirks?

Heat saving quirks are kind of a big deal right now because from the sound of it, not many mechs get them.
Might be worth dealing with the negative quirks in order to get yourself some of the heat savings quirks.

I didn't notice any heatsaving quirks anymore, but lots of negative quirks. If it still has some of that I totally agree, but without any positive quirks it seems strange to have 2 identical arms but one with strong negs.
