I am running a Direwolf prime. When you mouse over the Mech in Mech Select screen it says
Acceleration rate -10
Decceleration Rate -10
Both legs however when you mouse over their indavidual omnipods read +10 each on Accel and Decel rates .
The quirk readout on mech sellect shows -10 on both stats.
The quirk readout in mechlab reads a net +20
Witch is correct.

You need to check the CT.
On the prime: -30% acc/dec on the CT and +10% on each leg, +15% RT, +10% on LT
= +15% total.
