Left Torso Quirks Don't Seem Right

For the Nova Left Torso omnipods, the -B gets a negative quirk, while the -S gets positive target scan quirks, even though the omnipods are identical.

That doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't the quirks be equally useful for both pods, instead of one being clearly superior to the other?

I get it when quirks are different when the hardpoints (or fixed equipment) are different, but here it's wrong.

Yeah it was probably something that was overlooked.
