Are the Clan Targeting Computers and the IS Command Console getting a change along with the quirks?
It seems to me they should be a part of Info Warfare.
Does anyone have any info on this?

its possible that they will get looked at with the Tech Pass thats coming soon after this first PTS,

With all the new structure buffs the increased chance for critical damage from the Targeting Computers will become distinctly more powerful.
