Spoiler

Summary:
* They all get at least 20 (20 min, 40 max) less turn angle. Which is not very noticeable to be honest. Don't think anyone will mind.
* They all get at least 10% (10% min, 25%) less turn speed. This is a moderate nerf if you ask me - it was not that fast to begin with. Not that it was intended to be a brawler, but will make life even harder now if it needs to brawl.
* They all get at least 2.5 (2.5 min, 4 max) additional seconds to target acquisition delay. I am left speechless with this one, it will take forever to target anything removing any hope of scouting in this mech.
* Three out of 4 have negative target retention time - specifically the D variant which ironically is the one with the missile (arm) hardpoints. So PGI does not want us to get the 2.5% exp bonus when running missiles on the Kfox.
* Two variants get wildly different acceleration (40% difference?! you must be having a laugh PGI) and deceleration (40% difference again). I am not sure what is the difference between the 'P' and the 'S' variants is (unless you run the 'P(I)' one) and why one warrants a negative impact while the other get a positive one. If anything they should all have a +10% acceleration / deceleration quirk.

I don't want to sound negative as this is only the very first pass of the new re-balance thingy, but I can't really find a lot of positives with these changes...for me leaving it quirk-free would be a better option than the quirk set we have right now. The Kit-Fox was never considered a top tier mech (barely mid tier) and these new Center Torso changes only harm it.

It would be great if with these super negative quirks to a barely good light they could make the two double heat sinks in the left torso on the S removable as to create a dakka fox. also, a hero variant with MASC. Oh, it would be bliss.

The Kitfox is always going to have issues as long as its the size of a 50 ton mech and doesnt move much faster.

1) kitfox needs to be rescaled to spider/urbanmech size
2) kitfox needs a +5% max speed quirk

Yeah, I like that idea too, the Kit Fox was never supposed to be a tall 'Mech, it ranges out at about 7-8 meters. I like the idea of giving it more speed too. That's why I was saying it would be great if they made a new Hero variant with MASC or add in the KFX-I variant: "The I configuration is equipped with an ER PPC, ER Small Laser, and ER Medium Laser, all of which are tied into a Targeting Computer. The arms, legs, and front of the side torsos are protected by Modular Armor. The KFX-I configuration is equipped with an engine Supercharger which allows it to reach speeds of slightly more than 100km/h for brief instances." - Sarna. Slightly more meaning like 105 kph or so. So like the Shadow Cat with MASC, if one of them could reach 117.6/kph at maximum that would be perfect.
