You've given the SCR's 6E arm an 18 point structure buff! give the Nova and it's bulky arm the same treatment!

At least give them an 12 structure point buff, giving them something around the SCR's 18 would be optimal though. I understand that the Prime arms are the best arms and that they need a nerf, but the fact that they ruin your torso twist is enough. The fact that they break the Nova's already weak damage rolling gives the knife fighters a fair weakness.

i knew this would happen the (Balance Matrix) seems to think that the NVAs 12E are OP,
i think all the internal structure buffs for the NVA need to be doubled, then see how it plays,
(perhaps not fully doubled but you know that i mean, the NVA isnt that OP)

I can get behind this.

Storm crow also has higher weapon mounts then the Nova and MUCH better convergence stacking.
