Otherwise 90% of people will log in to look at the quirks. Say wtf when they see the IS quirks and promptly go back to the live server where things are not fubar.

Trying to get a match now. Will update this when I find one...

They should implement the Halloween style grab bag for each chassis. Max payout 10 per variant.

The pull to play on the PTS should be because the new stuff is so cool. They failed.
