I feel very leery that the most close quarters of Atlas' is missing armor bonus quirks...

Please stop making seperate threads.
It's already posted, except for the BH.
http://mwomercs.com/...6-atlas-quirks/
Which you could have posted there instead of seperate threads.
Thank you.

I have a really hard time with how much toughness, firepower and mobility the Atlas DDC has to give up to carry ecm. Nice to see all the Structure bonuses that the D gets and I am curious to see if it can be a viable chassis. Currently when I see an opposing Atlas I see it as an easy kill.

The quirks seem at odds with themselves for overall no benefit.
longer lock time but retaining longer probably hurts lrms more than it helps, acquiring data faster doesn't help with lrms at all and non-lock based things you'll probably fire before the lock is complete anyway. might help with the second shot but you have data by that point anyway.
turn rate nerf + twist buff, overall nerf plain and simple. assaults already tread a thin line with max engine keeping up with more agile stuff circling them, even a small nerf has a large impact on this. Its already difficult enough to fight at short range due to its limited vertical range and low hardpoints on anything other than flat ground.
Its all aimed at making it a long range (primarily lrm) fighter which atlas just plain suck at and make the rest of your team facepalm when they realize that's your primary weapon.
